The Haven was built in 2005 and enjoys unrivalled facilities for self catering apartments. There is path access straight to portreath harbour. Portreath is ideally situated to be able to explore Cornwall and is only a 40 minute drive to Newquay airport.
We are proud of our family's Cornish roots and have raised our two children in these stunning local surroundings. Our family embrace the Cornish traditions and cuisine from our friendly local pubs to elegant sea view restaurants. We enjoy a range of activities from surfing, diving and playing golf to the simple pleasures of walking our dog on the local beaches, coastal paths or woodland walks and to take a moment to sit and admire the view. We are lucky to have all of this and more available to discover on our doorstep. We look forward to welcoming and sharing the beauty, heritage and attraction that Cornwall holds with all people who wish to stay with us in a place that we're happy to call home.

The apartment is at the top of the house and has a lovely balcony overlooking the bay. The kitchen is well equipped, the towels were of hotel quality, could not fault the accommodation or hosts .
The whole apartment was wonderful with a great view and proximity to local amenities. Matt and Mel were lovely with great communication and always willing to help if anything was needed! Would A+ recommend

The Apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures. Lovely views of the beach and only a few minutes walk into town. Can't wait to stay again.
Matt and Mel was extremely friendly, helpful and enthusiastic hosts! The place is very well located close to a beach, and was a pretty perfect central location for a weekend exploring Cornwall. A very welcoming place to stay, I would come back again!
It was a short notice for our stay but Matt was very nice to accept our request and very caring! His apartment was really lovely and clean, in a very quiet and relaxing neighbourhood, I like our stay at his flat!
